Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Proven work experience
  • Computer aptitude required
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with focus on quality control
  • Ability to read and understand job instructions and job sheet
  • Ability to read a ruler and understand measurements
  • Strong understanding of common mathematical concepts
  • Ability to differentiate between colors
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment while maintaining high standards of work.
  • Ability to manage various tasks and priorities in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to receive instructions and carry out duties in a correct and timely manner
  • Ability to occasionally work overtime

Qualifications

  • Requires standing, using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds, unassisted.
  • Specific vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to tolerate strong solvent smell in parts of the plant.
